1. About us

These terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Marcean Ltd, trading as MEDAESA, registered at 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. Email: info@medaesa.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over to use our services, create an account, or book treatments. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Clinic treatments

All treatments are carried out in our CQC-registered clinic by qualified practitioners. A consultation is required before any treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest.

Booking and cancellation

Appointments can be booked through the online platform. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking during which you may cancel for a full refund. To cancel, email info@medaesa.com with your name and booking details.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings.

Deposits

Selected treatments require a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable at the clinic on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Refunds

Refunds for treatments are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is the property of Marcean Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
